Only A Pavement Away’s purpose is to provide pathways out of homelessness and crime into purposeful employment within the hospitality industry.
It connects hospitality employers, referral charity partners, individuals facing homelessness, prison leavers and veterans via its free bespoke Jobs Board to post/view available jobs.
It also provides a candidate applicant tracking system to monitor and provide essential information for the successful transition of applicants into employment. Training and development as well as additional financial support is offered to candidates who need it to overcome any barriers to employment.
