Rikou Knives
Rikou are made exclusively for Dennys Brands. The name is a fun play on words, meaning both sharp in wit as well as offering a razor sharp edge to the knives. They are a joy to use and we hope you enjoy using them for years to come in your kitchens and your homes.
Rikou knives are made from 33 layers of Japanese Damascus steel. The core is made from VG-10, a high carbon stainless steel which gives the steel high resistance to corrosion and is very hard (Rockwell 61±1) giving Rikou knives the lasting sharpness promised by its name. The handle is made from a lightweight and durable micarta.
